With all the crazy weather we got the other night, Ryan and I decided it was best to pull the kids out into the front room with us because of the big tree near their room. Gavin snuggled right up next to Lexi and fell right asleep. Lexi loved it and snuggled right into him too! She is such a great big sister. She loves him so much and even with an almost 7 year age gap they get along so well. Gavin waits all day for Lexi to come home from school. "Lexi?" is a common phrase throughout the day. When Lexi arrives home from school, Gavin is usually naping and the typical question from her is "When will Gavin be up?". I hope that they are able to hold on to the relationship that they are building. I know as they age they will fight and bother each other. But for now, this Mommy is going to imagine her sweet two babies sunggled up together on a stormy night.
