The Most Wonderful Time of the Year at The Most Magical Place on Earth!!

We had a wonderful time at Disney and due to the amount of pictures I am going to post, I will limit the amount of writing that you have to endure.  The only thing that must be stated is that it was like pulling teeth to get Ryan to come and by the end of the vacation, even he admitted what a great time he had!!  (I was actually waiting for the sky to fall!!)  Well, here goes!  Only I would pack the camera but not the camera charger.  All of our pictures are from our iPhones!!  Crazy me!!

An amazing morning view as we take off from Indy!
 The girls and their great-grandmothers
 The oh-so dreaded bus ride
 That boy is so sweet!!!

Lexi before her make-over
 And with her gown on
 Getting all dolled up!
Wow!  That is one pointy hair!

 Almost done!

The final touches

What a beautiful princess

 Such a lovely girl!

Gavin and Sam don't need Disney to stay entertained.

Just make sure they have a shower and they are set!

 Stitch!!

 Now Gavin's not so sure.
Mommy and Lexi on our way to the Magic Kingdom

Pappy, Lexi, and Gavin flying on Dumbo

We were very lucky to have Ryan's Parents, his brother Chris and Chris' friend Steve join us in Florida! We are so glad they were able to come and share this amazing time with us!
Lexi decided to do some fun things with my camera.
 Grandfather Wing

and Grandmother Wing

What a sweet mouse!
Beautiful Castle! (Pay no attention to the girl with the crazy face!)

 Pappy, Gavin, and Jason

The Magic Kingdom during Mickey's Magical Christmas Party!

Pappy and little Gavy

Poor Pappy did this for many hours with all 3 boys during our 10 days there.

Mommy and Lexi at the Magic Kingdom!

 The Mermaid Princess

Poor Gavin's traumatic fall

It just kept getting worse! But he didn't seem too bothered by it at that point.

 Playhouse Disney

Winnie the Pooh!  He was excited to see him!!

I feel like a lot of our trip was trying to find a way to let the boys get their naps while still squeezing in as much time at the parks as possible.  We were just as tired as this little boy was.

Getting ready to ride Toy Story 3

Such a fun ride!  And Gavin left his glasses on most of the time!!

 Having a good time!

Sweet Jason!

 Lily and Jason

Amanda and Lexi.  Poor Lexi was so worn out that day!  Good thing Amanda was around to feel sorry for her!  ;)

Grandfather and Grandmother Wing with Gavin on the Tea Cups!

Having such a good time

So fun

Getting ready to ride It's A Small World!

This was totally a Lexi ride.  We couldn't get her to ride any of the roller coasters but these rides were right up her alley!

There have been way too many conversations about how much fun Brad is having and how much he looks like Buddy from Elf.  Roger on the other hand looks as if he were dragged onto the ride.

My sweet pirate!

 The Wing's with Belle

We were able to celebrate Lily's birthday at the Storybook Princess Dinner!  The girls both had so much fun!!

So did the boys!  They were having lots of fun flirting with Ariel!

I LOVE this girl!

3 beautiful princesses!
We had such a wonderful time and are glad that we were able to spend time with family.  Thank you so much Mom and Dad for this wonderful vacation!  We can't wait to be with everyone again!!

Presenting the Voice Talents of:

LEXI WING!!!!
With Ryan's capstone coming to an end soon, voices were needed for some of the characters.  Lexi was the voice of the little boy, Michael.
The group is so lucky and has an amazing person doing the sound for them. This is the studio in his home!! Yeah, his home! So cool!
Here is Ryan trying to get Lexi to laugh!
Doesn't she look so professional?  Way to go, Lexi!!

The Runny Nose Blues

Is there anything worse than a sick baby?  Poor little Gavin has been sick for about a week now.  He hasn't had any food (with the exception of candy that Pappy let him have in Mitchell) for 4 days!
(Isn't he pitiful??)
And on top of that this poor Mommy is having a rough few days with all of her issues. After a good talk with my sweet hubby (and the benefits of a wonderful pill) I am feeling more like myself and am realizing that my poor sick baby is really sweet when he is sick. All he wants to do all day is sit in Mommy's lap and snuggle. Which for anyone who knows Gavin is a HUGE deal. I use to have to hold this little stinker's head down when he was a baby to get him to 'sunggle' me. All said and done, he is still sick...however, Mommy is more like Mommy should be and is now enjoying loving on her sweet sick baby boy!!
Here is to sick, sweet, cuddly baby boys!!! :)

Trick-or-Treat Part 2

Halloween this year was so much fun!  It was so fun seeing the kids together and seeing Gavin figure out the whole trick or treating thing.
Lexi has become slightly obsessed with Elphaba, The Wicked Witch of the West since going to see Wicked with Nana and Pappy.  So, of course this year she was none other than Elphaba!
And what better for Gavin to be than one of her flying monkeys!!  :)
At first Gavin was slightly skeptical of all the strange people.  He would take whatever they put in his bucket and throw it out (or eat it).  He eventally got the idea and wanted to go to every door with Lexi...so long as he wasn't munching on something already.
His newest discovery...
PIXIE STIX!!!!!
And oh how he loves them!!!
Such a scary couple huh?
Happy Halloween from The Wings!
