Chuck-E-Cheese trip

I hate to admit that Ryan took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese one day while I was sleeping.  I wake up and call him and he tells me Gavin is riding his first ride...I missed it!!  So of course, I hop in the car to go see it.  And this is what I find.

Just so you know he has no idea who Bob the Builder is.

Easter 2010

Easter this year was spent at Nana and Pappy's down in Mitchell.  Luckily the Easter Bunny just knows when you are going somewhere else.  ;)

Our Little Math Nerd

The last weekend of April Lexi participated in a Math Pentathalon.  The whole team did very well and had such a good time!

Lexi Lou-Hoo

I love this little girl so much!  She is such a big helper and almost never complains about it!!

However, she does have her moments...

She loves her family so much.  Especially her cousins!!  She even lets Sam bite her you know what!!!

She loves her Daddy very much and is so much like him!  She is so creative and loves making art for everyone!

I love what a fun and outgoing girl she is!  She is growing up so fast but is becoming a beautiful girl!  We love her so much!

9 Months

I can't believe my baby boy is 9 months already!  He has very easily fit into our family and makes us so happy.  He is definitely one of the more calm ones of the bunch.  He is a very mellow baby and loves to watch his big sister.  He also LOVES the animals...well, loves to grab onto the animals. :)  Gavin is apparently not growing "on the charts" but to me he looks like a very healthy baby!

To date, Gavin is sitting and rolling!  Woohoo!  With a big sister to get anything and everything you need, why move?  He is trying really hard to pull himself up but has been unsuccessful so far.  I am in no hurry for him to crawl right now.

So he may not be super mobile but this little guy is keeping up with his sisters vocabulary skills.  He can say da-da, ba-ba, na-na, and ma-ma.  I think that he actually recognizes ma-ma though. (I don't know...maybe wishful thinking?) 

Gavin loves his big sister so much!  He loves watching her dance and make funny faces...and she loves doing it!  He loves watching Daddy work on the computer and really wants to help out.  He loves eating big people food and not so hot about the bottle.  He is totally in love with his Mommy and I think he would be perfectly content to let me sit and hold him all day. 

We are so in love with our little Gavy-poo and are super excited to see all the fun things that he will soon be doing.  Happy 9 months Gavy!
